Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)<\/p>

All customers ordering and using the services of Cyberlocker Switzerland S.A.<\/strong> must agree to be bound by the Master Service Agreement (MSA).<\/p>

This Acceptable Use Policy (\u201cPolicy\u201d) applies to all persons and entities (collectively, \u201ccustomers\u201d) utilizing the products and services provided by Cyberlocker Switzerland S.A.<\/strong> (\u201cCyberlocker\u201d). The purpose of this Policy is to safeguard the security, integrity, reliability, and privacy of Cyberlocker\u2019s networks, systems, and customer services. Cyberlocker reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of Cyberlocker\u2019s services constitutes acceptance of the Policy in effect at the time of use.<\/p>

Customers are solely responsible for their actions and omissions when using Cyberlocker services and must refrain from any unacceptable use as defined below.<\/p>

Unacceptable Use<\/p>

Unacceptable use of Cyberlocker services includes, but is not limited to, the following:<\/p>

Illegal Content or Activity<\/strong>
Uploading, posting, transmitting, re-transmitting, or storing material that, in Cyberlocker\u2019s judgment, violates any law or regulation in Switzerland or Panama (including intellectual property, copyright, trade secret, or patent laws), or material that is threatening, abusive, obscene, indecent, or defamatory.<\/p>

Unlicensed or Pirated Software<\/strong>
Installing, distributing, or using software without a valid license.<\/p>

Fraud & Deception<\/strong>
Engaging in deceptive marketing practices, providing false information on contracts or order forms (electronic or paper), fraudulent use of credit card data, or attempting to manipulate billing, bandwidth, or usage tracking.<\/p>

Network Abuse<\/strong>
Actions that disrupt or inhibit other users, such as generating excessive network traffic, introducing malicious programs (viruses, worms, trojans), conducting denial-of-service (DoS) attacks, packet spoofing, port scanning, or forging routing information.<\/p>

Unauthorized Access<\/strong>
Attempting to gain access to accounts, servers, or data without explicit authorization, or circumventing authentication and security measures.<\/p>

Interception & Monitoring<\/strong>
Executing network monitoring to intercept data not intended for the customer.<\/p>

Email & Messaging Abuse<\/strong>
Sending unsolicited bulk email (\u201cspam\u201d), junk mail, or advertising material without consent; promoting spam-related software or services; forging email headers; harassment through language, frequency, or size of messages; or operating chain letters and pyramid schemes.<\/p>

Service Interference<\/strong>
Using scripts, commands, or software designed to disrupt, disable, or interfere with another user\u2019s services or terminal session.<\/p>

Unauthorized Solicitations<\/strong>
Using Cyberlocker services or third-party networks to send unsolicited commercial communications or solicitations.<\/p>

Enforcement & Liability<\/p>

No delay or failure by Cyberlocker in enforcing this Policy shall be considered a waiver of its rights.<\/p>

If any provision of this Policy is found unenforceable by law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.<\/p>

Cyberlocker reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for violations of this Policy without prior notice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
