Match the currency and network

Distinguish an estimate from an invoice
Exchange rates can change between planning and checkout. Use a calculator to estimate a budget, then follow the valid invoice quote. Account for network charges and quote expiry rather than assuming the estimate is a fixed payable amount.
Plan recurring billing
Confirm renewal dates, supported payment methods, and how the account records a settled invoice. Payment method does not change the hosting configuration or acceptable-use requirements. Keep transaction references with the relevant order.
